Agencies still sit on FOIA requests for years, then dump black pages stamped 'national security.' Sometimes that is real. Often it looks like selective leaking to friendly outlets while the embarrassing paper stays buried.

Where is the line for you between protecting sources/methods and using the stamp to dodge accountability? Any FOIA fights or document dumps that changed how you read official denials?
